This QSAR model predicts the logarithmic Shoot Concentration Factor (log₁₀ SCF) of PFAS in plants with a Gradient Boosting Regressor.

The endpoint SCF is defined as the PFAS concentration in shoots divided by the PFAS concentration in soil.

The model inputs include experimental features (pH, exposure time, PFAS concentration, lipid content percentage, species, cultivate mode and protein content percentage) as well as six Mordred Computational descriptors (SpAbs_A, SpMAD_A, n0, AATS6Z, AATS7i, AATS6se) https://mordred-descriptor.github.io/documentation/master/descriptors.html.
