This QSAR model predicts the logarithmic Root Concentration Factor (log₁₀ RCF) of PFAS in plants with a Random Forest Regressor.

The endpoint RCF is defined as the PFAS concentration in roots divided by the PFAS concentration in soil.

The model inputs include experimental features (pH, exposure time, PFAS concentration, organic carbon content percentage, cultivate mode and protein content percentage) as well as two Mordred Computational descriptors (ATSC6pe, AATS2dv) https://mordred-descriptor.github.io/documentation/master/descriptors.html.
